## 1. Purpose

Integral Frontdesk is a marketing site for a productized service that deploys an AI-driven front-desk system (website chatbot, inbound AI receptionist, outbound speed-to-lead AI salesperson, and follow-up/nurture automations) for service-based businesses. The site's primary job is to:

1. Educate prospects on the three structural revenue leaks (missed after-hours calls, slow lead response, broken follow-up).
2. Explain the three-layer solution.
3. Present three productized pricing tiers with the framing that each plan is custom-scoped — clients only pay for what they need.
4. Drive prospects to book a discovery call.

The site is intentionally long-form and editorial in tone, mirroring the author's writing voice.

## 4. Pricing Tiers

All three tiers are starting points. Every engagement is custom-scoped during discovery so clients pay only for what they need and want — not a penny more.

### Entry Tier — AI Website Chatbot
- **Setup:** $497
- **Monthly:** $97
- **For:** Practices that want to capture website visitors and stop leads from leaving without a conversation.
- **Includes:** Custom-configured chatbot, 24/7 engagement, lead capture, booking calendar integration, nurture routing for non-qualifiers, install on any platform, client dashboard, monthly optimization.

### Phone Agents — Receptionist & Salesperson (featured)
- **Setup:** $1,500–$2,000
- **Monthly:** $147–$197
- **For:** Practices that need 24/7 phone coverage and/or sub-2-minute speed-to-lead callbacks on web forms.
- **Includes:** Everything in Entry Tier, plus AI phone receptionist (24/7), professional greeting, qualification on every call, CRM call summaries, booking/warm-transfer routing, after-hours and overflow coverage, optional outbound Speed-to-Lead AI Salesperson.

### Complete System — AI Front Desk
- **Setup:** $5,000
- **Monthly:** $297
- **For:** Practices that want the full three-layer system deployed end-to-end, including a new AI-powered website.
- **Includes:** Everything in Phone Agents, plus a brand-new AI-powered website, both AI Phone Agents, full CRM sub-account, multi-touch SMS/email nurture, confirmations and reminders, re-engagement, win-back campaigns, priority monthly optimization.

**Price-range framing:** Pricing shown is the starting range. Every plan is customized — discovery determines exact scope so the client pays only for what they actually use.

## 5. Brand & Design System

### Voice & tone
- Editorial, direct, slightly contrarian. Long sentences allowed. Specific numbers (21x, 80%, 15–30 min window) treated as load-bearing.
- No corporate filler, no emojis, no exclamation marks.
- Author voice = Brett Thomas. The site reads like a long-form essay, not a brochure.

### Visual language
- Dark, editorial palette with bright semantic accents (hero-pink, hero-cyan, hero-blue, hero-yellow, hero-mint) used as section-coding signals.
- Imagery: cinematic photo mockups (smartphone screens for receptionist, outbound caller ID, SMS thread, dashboard) + ambient scene photos for each problem.
- Typography: display font for headlines, body sans for prose. No serif unless explicitly requested.

### Design tokens
All color, gradient, shadow values live in `src/styles.css` as semantic tokens. Components reference tokens — never hardcoded hex or `text-white` / `bg-black` utilities. Tokens drive both light and dark theming through shadcn variants.

---

## 10. Non-Goals (current)

- No e-commerce, no self-serve checkout.
- No live chat on the marketing site itself (the product is the chatbot — the site sells it, doesn't demo it inline).
- No blog yet (planned).
- No VSL on the page right now — removed pending production.
